Since early childhood Mateo has been in love with nature and adventure, mountain hiking in Grobnik and in other parts of Croatia. After finishing medical high school he decided to change his profession and graduated History and Philosophy at Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka. Driven by an immense interest for the local history, as well as for the natural and cultural heritage of his homeland, he decided to become a tourist guide. Outgoing, cheerful and always with a smile on his face Mateo is permanently looking for new facts, anecdotes and legends.

Brankica is a 50-year old lady with a mood of a 20 year old girl. Born in a big family, enjoys company, laugh and moving. In her early ages she developed a love for adventure and languages. After finishing the high school for inocorrespondent (the only school for languages at that time), she went to England to improve her knowledge of English. Returning home in 1991, the year of a Homeland war in Croatia, there was no tourism so she worked mostly in trade company. In 2007 she finished the course for manager of the tourist office at the Faculty for the Management in Tourism in Ika, and decided to go on with ther dreams.
